Has my room been paid for?

If you have booked through the Advantage Events team, your room has been paid for on a B&B basis. All extras will need to be settled on departure.

 

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available at the Valentin Conference Centre - access code is VALENTIN2019

Wi-Fi is also available at all conference hotels - access codes will be available at check-in. 

 

Airport transfers

To make use of our conference transfers, you must have pre-booked through the Advantage Events team. Pick-up points will be sent prior to your arrival.

Please refer to the transfer boards located in the conference hotel lobbies for information on timings.

 

When and where can I register?

Delegates can collect their lanyard and copy of the programme from the registration desk at the Valentin Conference Centre from 14.00 to 17.00 on Friday 17 May and from 08.00 on Saturday morning.

For security reasons, please ensure you fill out the emergency contact details on your lanyard and make sure you wear it throughout the conference and at all social events.

 

Insurance

Please ensure you have sufficient personal insurance cover in place.

 

Wellbeing

Your health and wellbeing is our priority. Please drink responsibly, and should you require any medical aid during the conference, please contact your hotel reception or a member of the Advantage team.

What do I wear?

Smart casual throughout (smart jeans accepted). Please note floor surfaces at the gala dinner are uneven so please wear appropriate footwear.

 

Average temperature in May

The average temperature is 27°C (high) and 16°C (low). Sancti Petri can also be windy in May so may feel cooler in the evenings.

 

Electricity

For Spain you will need a European adapter.
