Charity Challenge
Join our Charity Challenge and raise money for Make-a-Wish
Do You Have What It Takes?
This year’s conference challenge is like no other! We’re giving 10 lucky people the chance to join our VIP guest speaker, Ant Middleton, for a bootcamp workout on the beach at conference. All in aid of raising funds for the Advantage Charity of the Year – Make-A-Wish.
Do you have the mental strength to cut it in the SAS? Are you in your physical prime and looking for the next ultimate challenge? Or do you simply think Ant is a ‘bit of alright’ and wouldn’t mind getting sweaty with him on the beach in Spain!?
Whatever your reasons, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to enjoy a fun filled work-out with the man himself and raise money for a very worthy cause, Make-A-Wish. Welcome then to Operation A.M.!
The selection process is straightforward, the 10 lucky Special Operatives (SO’s) selected to join Ant will be based on your efforts to raise money for our Make-A-Wish charity appeal, where we’re hoping to smash our £5,000 target.
The Selection Process
There are two ways to put yourself forward to become a recruit and join Operation A.M.
Fundraise. Eight places will be given to those who raise the most for our Make-A-Wish appeal. You can go to town on fundraising ideas, or even just donate money yourself, all we ask is you let us know how much you have raised for Make-A-Wish by 10 May by emailing marketing@advantagetravelpartnership.co.uk.
Ask your colleagues, friends and family to donate to help increase your chances of winning a place!
Make a video. Two wildcard places are available for the best ‘SO Select Me’ video - a chance for you to tell people why you should be selected to join the challenge. We’re not looking for the next Spielberg here, just a bit of fun that can be shared on social media and used to help drive your fundraising campaign. Videos shot on a mobile phone will do just fine.
Let us know if you will make a video and we’ll help promote it for you, email us at marketing@advantagetravelpartnership.co.uk.
The best SO Select Me video will be chosen by our panel of experts and announced along with the eight highest fundraisers on Friday 10 May.

Password to watch the video is: Advantage.
Please note: This video is for YOUR EYES ONLY and, at the specific request of Ant’s management team, MUST not be shared anywhere publicly.
How to Manage Your Fundraising
To make it simple for you to manage money raised and for us to track who is raising the most for Make-A-Wish, here are some suggestions of how to manage your fundraising donations:
Set up a JustGiving page
JustGiving makes it simple to manage donations made for your fundraising efforts as the money raised goes directly to Make-A-Wish. Once you’ve created your own JustGiving page you can link it to the Advantage JustGiving page so we can easily track how much you’ve raised. Click here for a step-by-step guide to setting this up.
Collect money in person
If you are taking cash donations from people you can easily send the money to the Advantage’s Make-A-Wish JustGiving page using ‘Text to Donate’.
Simply text ‘TATP50’ followed by the amount you are donating and text to the number 70070.
For example, if you have raised £100 cash, you would text ‘TATP50 £100’ to the number 70070. The money you donate will be added to your monthly mobile phone bill and will be shown on the Advantage JustGiving fundraising page.
You would also need to email us by 10 May to confirm your text donation, so we can include you in the prize draw. Email marketing@advantagetravelpartnership.co.uk.
